Group Coaching

Group coaching brings people together in a facilitated environment where participants learn through reflection, dialogue, shared insight and peer learning.

Unlike training or mentoring, it helps participants think more deeply, develop awareness, generate their own solutions and learn collaboratively. Each person works on individual objectives while benefiting from the collective wisdom and experience of the room.

Benefits

What the group adds.

  • Accountability that supports follow-through
  • Peer support through shared challenges
  • Diverse perspectives that spark new ideas
  • Collaborative learning from the coach and the group
  • Psychological safety to speak openly and take considered risks

Measuring impact

Start with the goal, not the survey.

Define what the coaching should change before the first session, then follow that change through to the end using simple, honest evidence.

Individual

Track the goals each participant sets and the commitments they meet between sessions.

Group

Observe confidence, candour and the depth of issues the cohort is willing to explore over time.

Organisation

Connect the work to a measure the sponsor values, from engagement and retention to a specific operational outcome.
