Coaching philosophy

Structure, not slogans.

Alan's coaching starts from the belief that most professionals already hold more of the answer than they realise — what they lack is space, structure and someone experienced enough to ask the harder question.

Sessions combine reflection with commitment. You leave with something specific to do, and you are held to it in the next conversation. Progress is tracked against goals you set, reviewed openly, and adjusted when circumstances change.

Coaching with Alan is a professional, forward-looking service. It is not therapy, counselling or crisis support, and it does not promise guaranteed career, business or financial outcomes.
