My experience over the last 30 years spans a wide range of organisations and clients. These range from – individual clients in small privately-owned companies to individuals in , medium to large commercial enterprise organisations and both Local and National government departments.

During this time I have worked in the U.K. as well as across Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East and the Far East. All the while delivering valued advice and trusted guidance to my clients.

I provide bespoke Coaching services to identify issues, suggest solutions and enhance the performance of my clients. I combines commercial experience and understanding of the psychology of individuals and teams to help create action plans that have “buy in” and are sustainable for my clients and theirs organisations.

I work with organisations and leadership teams to deliver change and strategy development using contemporary models and ideas to encourage creative thinking and new approaches. My range of experience allows me to work across a wide range of organisations and challenges, drawing upon contemporary ideas and models, working with my clients to provide optimum solutions.
